IDEAL Sport4All Partnership Meeting — Local Event Dates Confirmed and Documentary Plan

The IDEAL Sport4All partnership met online to review progress regarding upcoming events and the documentary.

The events have been scheduled as follows:
  • Slovenia: local event confirmed for 24 September 2025 (venue outside Ljubljana; details to follow).
  • Italy (Bologna): event planned for 28 September 2025.
  • Romania: proposed reschedule to 4 October 2025 to optimize travel and ensure full media coverage.

Dry Art, responsible for producing graphic and multimedia content, presented the documentary approach: a classic reportage combining footage of activities and interviews (preferably in local languages with English subtitles). Partners are asked to pre-identify interviewees (institutional representatives and participants), prepare basic data and figures (e.g. number of participants, stakeholders), and support privacy and consent procedures in line with EU and national regulations, with special attention to minors and vulnerable groups. The coordination team will share detailed guidelines after consulting the project officer.
